How we clean carpets With Our Hot Water Extraction Method.
Step 1 - Carry out a full inspect and making notes of the areas to be cleaned checking for any problems such as the soil level, stains and how best to remove them, pore fitting, wear, etc. I can then advise you on the best course of action and method of cleaning.
Step 2 - Vacuum the carpet using a high-powered professional vacuum cleaner to remove the dry soil.
Step 3 - Spray down a pre-cleaning solution which is gently massaged in to the carpet and left to dwell for a while to break down the soil and other pollutants that live in your carpet losing them from the fibers this will then all be pushed to the surface carpet.
Step 4 - The carpet will then be rinsed with a high-powered extraction machine rinsing extracting and removing everything from surface of the carpet. and then I go over it a second time to rinse right down to the base of the carpet to ashaw that it is Thurley clean also at this stage of the process I use a sanitizer to clinically the carpet so now it is looking great smelling fresh felling soft it is 99.99% germ free and heathy
Step 5 - Groom the carpet brushing it to realign the pile in the correct direction.
Step 6 - Protective foil tab and Styrofoam blocks are placed under the legs of any furniture to prevent the wood dye or vanish transferring on to carpet.
Step 7 - Drying the carpet using special drying equipment this blows air over the surface of the carpet this drastically reduces drying times most carpets are dry in approximately one hour you can use the room shortly after.
Step 8 - (This is an optional extra) After the cleaning process I can apply an anti-stain protector this has several extra benefits the main benefit being if you have a spillage of food or a drink, pet accidents etc. it will repel it on the surface allowing you time to blot it up as dry as possible with white kitchen roll then Them apply a warm damp cloth to it which should remove it, repeat if necessary this will prevent it from becoming a dried in stain it will also keep the carpet cleaner for longer and make vacuuming easier .
Furnishings will be move where posable such as chairs and tables etc. but for insurance reasons I ask you to remove any smaller items and valuables such as ornaments before I arrive .
How we clean carpets ~ With Our Encapsulation Method using natural TEE TREE OIL EXTRACT.
After cleaning with this amazing solution it will also sanitize clinically clean and 99.99% germ free, it also leaves anti-stain plus anti-soiling properties, it deodorise the areas helping to protect your carpets keeping them cleaner and healthier for longer than ever before
Everything as above is carried out After steps 1 and 2 above have been carried out.
The difference is the way the soil is removed from the carpet Process cleans, sanitizes and applies an anti-stain protector to the carpet all in one go.
Step 3 - Spray down the TEE TREE OIL EXTRACT SOLUTION this is them be gently massaged in to the carpet with a 17 inch agitation pad fitted to the rotary cleaning machine this will spin slowly over the surface of the carpet for maximum the effect so the solution can start to work losing the soil and other pollutants from the fibres that live in your carpet this is all then Encapsulated in to the special solution.
Step 4 - Now the cleaning pad is fitted to the machine and we go over the carpet again in the same way as before but this time as the pad slowly over spins over the surface of the carpet the solution holding the encapsulated soil will be absorbed into the specialist cleaning pad so now the carpet it is looking.

Steps 5, 6, 7 - Are the same as above.
Upholstery and Curtains
Upholstery is cleaned using much the same procedure as carpet cleaning. We use the same machine, but different tools are used and not necessarily using the same solutions because the fabrics are more delicate. So you need to be much more carful, also we have to take into account the dyes in the fabric so as not to get colour run or dye bleed.
How we clean upholstery.
Step 1 - Carry out a full inspect as with carpet .
Step 2 - Do a test to identify the fabric so I know what solutions to use if it is a natural fabric such.
as cotton or wool, it will be more delicate than a manmade fabric such as nylon or polyester so it is important to use the correct solution for each job.
Step 3 - Do a dye bleed test to see if the dyes are stable this is also to know which solution to use so there is no colour run.
Step 4 - The upholstery will be placed on a large sheet to protect to floor area.
Step 5 - vacuum as with carpet.
Step 6 - Spray with the appropriate cleaning solution this is then gently massaged into the fabric using a soft brush with a short dwell time for the solution to do its job bracing down the soil.
Step 7 - The upholstery will then be rinsed thro with the extraction machine rinsing extracting and removing everything from the fabric to ashaw that it is thurley clean also use a sanitizer to clinically the upholstery so now your suit is looking great smelling fresh felling soft it is 99.99% germ free and heathy.
Step 8 - Brush the pile with a soft brush to reset in the correct direction.
Step 9 - Drying the using special drying equipment this blows air over the surface of the upholstery this drastically reduces drying times most are dry in approximately one hour however it recommended it is not sat on until the next day the cautions will need to air for a bit or you may have clothing dye rub off on to the upholstery.
How we clean curtains
The curtains are cleaned where the hang no need to take them down or re hang them.
Step 1 - Carry out a full inspect as above.
Step 2 - Do a test to identify the fabric as above.
Step 3 - Do a dye bleed test as above.
Step 4 - vacuum the curtains.
Step 5 - A large sheet will then be placed under the curtains to protect the floor.
Step 6 - A cleaning solution will then be applied as above and then cleaned by hand.
Step 7 - if there is a pile brush it as above.
